Actor Sana Khan and her husband, Anas Saiyad, are overjoyed to announce the arrival of their second child, a baby boy, born on January 5, 2025. The couple shared the beautiful news with their fans and followers on social media, expressing their gratitude and excitement.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Sana posted a heartfelt message along with a video, thanking Allah for the precious gift of their newborn son. She wrote, “O Allah, all praise is yours. Bless us to raise him with kindness and righteousness, and make him among your faithful servants. We are overjoyed to share the beautiful news of the arrival of our little prince!”
The couple also expressed their happiness in a heartfelt caption, which read, “Alhamdulillah, for everything we have. Alhamdulillah for everything we had. It’s a Boy! Overflowing with joy, Big brother Tariq Jamil welcomes his baby brother! Born on 5th January 2025.” Sana also thanked Allah for blessing them with the joy of parenthood, quoting a beautiful Islamic verse: “Allah Taala Ne Har Chiz Mukaddar Me Likhe Hai…Waqt Aane Par Allah Usko Atta Karta He Aur Jab Atta Karta He To Jholiya Khushiyon Se Bhar Deta Hai,” meaning “God has written everything in destiny… At the right time, God will grant it, and when He does, life will be showered with happiness.”
Their first son, Tariq Jamil, born in July 2023, joyfully welcomes his baby brother into the family. Though the baby’s face and name are yet to be revealed, the family’s happiness is evident as they share the news with their fans.
Sana Khan, who rose to fame for her participation in Bigg Boss 6 and her role in Salman Khan’s film Jai Ho, had quit acting after marrying Anas Saiyad in November 2020. Her journey into motherhood began with the birth of their first child in mid-2023, and just nine months later, the couple is celebrating the arrival of their second son.
Earlier, Sana had announced her second pregnancy in a heartfelt Instagram post, where she prayed for a “goodly progeny” and expressed her deep faith in Allah. She had shared, “Alhamdullilah… Ya Allah, grant me from Your own (power) a goodly progeny. Verily, You are the One who listens to the prayer.”
As they continue to celebrate the joy of parenthood, Sana and Anas express their gratitude for their growing family and the blessings bestowed upon them.
