The excitement for the upcoming film Kubera has reached new heights with the release of a striking new poster featuring stars Nagarjuna and Dhanush. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the film’s makers shared the poster on X (formerly Twitter), offering fans a glimpse of the intense energy and unique avatars of the lead actors.
The newly unveiled poster showcases Nagarjuna in a commanding pose. Dressed in a black shirt and glasses, he exudes a sense of intensity and focus, gazing away from the camera. Dhanush, on the other hand, sports a rugged look with a long beard and messy hair, presenting a never-before-seen avatar. The poster carries the message, “Happy Vinayaka Chavithi,” with accompanying text from the film’s team, expressing their excitement: “Wishing everyone a joyous Vinayaka Chavithi from the #SekharKammulasKubera team! Get ready to witness the ultimate powerhouse duo—Dhanush sir’s fierce energy and Nagarjuna garu’s commanding presence.”
About the Film
Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Kubera promises to be a multi-lingual spectacle, releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh, adding to the star power of the cast.
In July, Rashmika Mandanna revealed her first look from the film through an Instagram clip, where she is seen holding a suitcase and retrieving a hidden cache of cash from the forest floor. Her caption simply read, “Kubera,” accompanied by heart emojis.
Earlier this year, the first look of Nagarjuna was shared in May, showcasing him walking in the rain with an umbrella, interacting with currency, and placing money in a trolley. Dhanush’s first look was released in March, featuring him in an oversized beige shirt and turning to face the camera with a focused expression.
