According to the affidavit, Amitabh Bachchan, a legendary actor known for his contributions to Indian cinema, boasts jewelry valued at a whopping ₹54.77 crore and possesses a fleet of 16 vehicles, including luxury cars such as Mercedes and Range Rover. On the other hand, Jaya Bachchan, renowned for her versatility as an actor and her political career, reportedly owns jewelry worth ₹40.97 crore.
The combined wealth of the power couple stands at a staggering ₹1,578 crore, with movable assets amounting to ₹849.11 crore and immovable assets valued at ₹729.77 crore. Jaya Bachchan’s personal net worth for the financial year 2022-23 is recorded at ₹1,63,56,190, while Amitabh Bachchan’s net worth for the same period is ₹273,74,96,590.
Jaya Bachchan, a member of the Samajwadi Party (SP), has been serving as a Rajya Sabha member since 2004. Her nomination papers were filed recently, solidifying her candidacy for another term in the Upper House of Parliament.
