Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer “Tiger 3” continues its triumphant march at the box office, steadily edging towards the impressive ₹500 crore milestone after 15 days since its theatrical release. The film marks the third installment in the gripping Tiger franchise, captivating audiences globally with its high-octane action and star-studded ensemble.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma, “Tiger 3” made its theatrical debut on November 12, setting the stage for a spectacular reception worldwide. Yash Raj Films (YRF) took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share the exhilarating figures, announcing the film’s astounding ₹447 crore ($53.86 million) global gross earnings.
The official YRF account revealed in a poster, “The highest-grossing Diwali release in the history of Indian cinema (Indian languages). ₹447 crore worldwide gross. India ₹331 crore GBOC (₹272.43 cr NBOC). Overseas ₹116 cr GBOC ($14.02 million).”

Belonging to the esteemed Tiger franchise and a pivotal part of the YRF Spy Universe alongside films like “War” and “Pathaan,” “Tiger 3” boasts a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credit scene featuring Hrithik Roshan, further elevating its appeal among audiences.
The film continues the saga of RA&W agent Tiger (Salman Khan) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif), delving into a new, gripping mission akin to the franchise’s earlier successful outings, “Ek Tha Tiger” (2012) directed by Kabir Khan and its 2017 sequel “Tiger Zinda Hai” helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
