Celebrating the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the makers of “Odela 2” have treated fans with the first look poster featuring actress Tamannaah, who will be portraying the role of Shiva Shakthi in the film. In a stunning portrayal of spirituality, Tamannaah is seen adorned as a Naga Sadhu, exuding reverence for Lord Shiva.
The captivating poster showcases Tamannaah draped in traditional attire, sporting thick hair and donning sacred symbols such as a sacred staff and a Damaru. Her forehead adorned with chandan adds to the authenticity of her portrayal. Expressing her gratitude, Tamannaah shared the poster on her social media handles, extending warm wishes to her fans on the auspicious occasion. She wrote, “#FirstlookOdela2. The production of “Odela 2” commenced recently with a muhurtham pooja ceremony in Varanasi, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for the cast and crew. Director Sampath Nandi provided glimpses from the first day of shooting, promising audiences a “Supernatural Thriller Killer” experience. The film is set to feature extensive shoot sequences on the ghats of the Ganga river, adding to its picturesque backdrop.
A collaborative effort between Sampath Nandi and director Ashok Teja, “Odela 2” is produced by D Madhu under Madhu Creations and Sampath Nandi Teamworks banners. Building upon the success of its predecessor, “Odela Railway Station,” the sequel promises an intriguing narrative set in a village backdrop, revolving around Odela Mallanna Swamy, the guardian against malevolent forces.
Apart from Tamannaah, the film features a stellar cast including Hebah Patel and Vasishta N Simha, adding depth to the ensemble. With impressive VFX and a captivating storyline, “Odela 2” aims to captivate audiences with its blend of spirituality and supernatural elements. B. Ajaneesh Loknath is composing the music, while Soundar Rajan S is at the helm as the cinematographer, ensuring a visual treat for cinephiles.
