Despite initially dismissing dating rumors as “cooked up stories” on social media, Munmun Dutta and Raj Anadkat reportedly exchanged rings in a private ceremony held recently in Vadodara, Gujarat. The engagement ceremony was attended by their families, signifying their acceptance and support for the couple’s relationship.
A source revealed to News18, “The engagement took place just a few days back. The two apparently exchanged rings in Vadodara (Gujarat). Munmun and Raj’s families have accepted their relationship and they were also present at the ceremony.” The source further added, “They have been dating ever since Raj joined Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It was very evident. Everyone on the sets knew about it. In fact, some people were certain that Munmun and Raj would get married eventually. Therefore, it is not shocking that they are engaged now.”
Both Munmun and Raj had previously addressed the dating rumors on Instagram in 2021. While Raj expressed frustration over the spread of false stories about his personal life, Munmun hit back at trolls who targeted her dignity and mental health in response to the rumors.
