British-Pakistani actor Alyy Khan recently shared insights into a mishap during the filming of the blockbuster movie “Don 2”, where Shah Rukh Khan’s car chase scene went awry, resulting in a significant equipment damage worth €300,000 (₹ 2.68 crore approx).
In a conversation with Dawn, Alyy Khan recounted the incident that occurred during a Sunday shoot in Berlin, where Shah Rukh Khan’s impeccable driving skills were put to the test in a high-octane chase sequence.
Alyy Khan detailed the scene setup, with Shah Rukh Khan and himself positioned in the car amidst expensive camera equipment mounted on the bonnet. Despite Shah Rukh Khan’s skillful driving and the excitement of the chase, a slight delay in timing led to a collision with another stunt car, resulting in damage to the valuable equipment.
Reflecting on the incident, Alyy Khan praised Shah Rukh Khan’s professionalism and concern for everyone’s safety, highlighting how the actor immediately checked on his well-being and assessed the situation after the mishap.
