Jackky Bhagnani Faces Allegations of Non-Payment to Cast and Crew of Films

Amidst allegations of non-payment to the cast and crew of his films, Jackky Bhagnani, owner of Pooja Entertainment, finds himself in a challenging situation. Social media has become a platform for several individuals who claim to have worked under his banner to voice their grievances regarding unpaid dues.

One such crew member, Ruchita Kamble, took to Instagram to express her frustration, urging people to reconsider working with Pooja Entertainment. She highlighted the struggles faced by the team in receiving their hard-earned money, stating, “Seeing my team and the crew I worked with struggle day in and out to just get hold of our own hard earned money has compelled me to make this post.”

Vaishnavi Paralikar, also from the production design department, echoed similar sentiments, revealing that she, along with around 100 crew members, has been awaiting payments for two years, emphasizing the disparity in payment timelines between actors and crew members.

Upon investigation, it was found that actors associated with Jackky Bhagnani’s latest production, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” including Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, have also not received their full payments. Promises of payment after the film’s completion and release were reportedly unfulfilled, leading to dissatisfaction among both actors and crew members.

Sources close to the matter confirm that despite claims of financial constraints by the producers, the recent sale of their film to an OTT platform raises questions about the alleged lack of funds for payments. The disparity in treatment, highlighted by lavish events such as Jackky Bhagnani’s destination wedding with Rakul Preet Singh, has drawn criticism from those affected by delayed or unpaid dues.
