Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal has addressed and dismissed the swirling rumours of her alleged divorce from husband Apurva Padgaonkar. The TV star, who married the restaurateur in February this year, recently deleted multiple Instagram posts, including photos from their wedding, sparking speculation about their relationship status.
Divya Agarwal took to her Instagram story to set the record straight, writing, “I made no noise. I made no comments or stories. I deleted 2500 posts. Yet the media chose to see and react only to my marriage. It’s funny how people see and expect things out of me. I have always done something people never expected out of me. And what they are expecting now – the babies or divorce… None of it is happening.”
She further clarified, “In reality, my first pinned post on my profile is the thing I want to be talked about from now onwards. Every movie ends with a happily ever after, and by God’s grace, my husband is snoring away to glory right next to me.”
Divya Agarwal got engaged to Apurva Padgaonkar in December 2022 and tied the knot in February this year. Known for her appearances on TV reality shows such as Ace Of Space and Spiltsvilla, Divya gained widespread fame after winning the first season of Bigg Boss OTT. She made her acting debut with the horror web series Ragini MMS: Returns 2 and has also featured in web series like Cartel and Abhay. Additionally, she hosted the show MTV Ace the Quarantine.
Despite the rumours, Divya’s recent statements have reaffirmed her commitment to her marriage and her determination to focus on her personal and professional growth without being swayed by public expectations.
