As part of his highly anticipated Dil-Luminati Tour, Diljit Dosanjh is gearing up to perform in Hyderabad tonight (November 15), bringing his electrifying energy to a packed stadium. But before taking the stage, the celebrated singer made a special visit to the Gurudwara in Gowliguda to mark the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Dev’s Gurpurab.
The Do You Know singer shared a heartwarming video of his visit with his fans on social media. In the clip, Diljit is seen dressed in a black casual outfit paired with a red turban, entering the Gurudwara and bowing down to seek blessings. He spent some time inside, joined by his team, and received kada prasad as they exited. Diljit also took a moment to greet and interact with some of his fans outside the Gurudwara.
In his heartfelt caption, Diljit expressed his gratitude and good wishes for the occasion, writing, “Gurpurab Dian Sareyan Nu Vadhaiyan Har Saal Di Tara’n Es Vaar v Baba Ji Ne v Baut Kirpa Kiti. [Congratulations to everyone on Gurpurab. Just like every year, this time as well, Baba Ji has showered immense blessings.]” The singer also promoted his special Gurpurab track, Noor Nanak, which had been released just a day before, and shared its significance: “Nikke Hundeya Baut Suneya Eh Shabad SHUKAR Baba Ji Da. [When I was little, I heard this shabad multiple times. Thank you, Baba Ji.]”
Noor Nanak is a spiritual track that celebrates Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings and is described as a fusion of tradition and Diljit’s signature soulful sound. It reflects the Guru’s messages of love, unity, and devotion, making it a meaningful tribute for the occasion. The song, which was uploaded to YouTube on Thursday, is now available on all platforms.
After his Hyderabad performance, Diljit is set to perform in Ahmedabad on November 17 and Lucknow on November 22, with more concerts scheduled as part of the India leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour. The tour will wrap up in Guwahati on December 29.
On the acting front, Diljit is gearing up for his upcoming film Border 2, where he will star alongside Bollywood heavyweights Sunny Deol, Ahan Shetty, and Varun Dhawan.
