“Vidyut Jammwal’s ‘Crakk’ Falls Short of ₹10 Crore Milestone at Box Office on Day 4”

"Vidyut Jammwal and Arjun Rampal's 'Crakk' Struggles at Box Office: Earns Less Than ₹10 Crore"

The action-packed thriller “Crakk,” starring Vidyut Jammwal, Arjun Rampal, Nora Fatehi, and Amy Jackson, continues to grapple with lackluster box office figures, as it falls short of the ₹10 crore mark in India.

Directed by Aditya Datt, “Crakk” embarked on its theatrical journey on February 23, amidst high expectations. However, its performance at the box office has been underwhelming. According to data from Sacnilk.com, the film has amassed just over ₹9 crore in India thus far, with its fourth-day earnings totaling a mere ₹1 crore.

The journey of “Crakk” commenced with a promising start, raking in ₹4.25 crore on its opening day. However, subsequent days witnessed a decline, with earnings of ₹2.15 crore on day two and ₹2.3 crore on day three. The fourth day saw a further dip, with early estimates pegging the earnings at ₹1 crore. In total, the film has garnered ₹9.70 crore nett in India.

“Crakk” faced stiff competition at the box office, particularly contending with Yami Gautam’s “Article 370.” The clash likely impacted its overall performance, as audiences divided their attention between the two offerings.

The film’s premise revolves around the journey of a man from the slums of Mumbai to the world of extreme underground sports. Produced by Action Hero Films & PZ Pictures, with contributions from Vidyut Jammwal, Parag Sanghvi, and the Action Hero Films & Team, “Crakk” is presented by Reliance Entertainment.

Prior to the film’s release, Vidyut Jammwal expressed his vision for “Crakk,” aiming to deliver the biggest sports action thriller in Indian cinema. Meanwhile, Nora Fatehi, who plays a significant role in the film, expressed gratitude for the positive response from fans, pledging to continue striving for excellence in her future projects.

As “Crakk” navigates through its box office journey, the film’s team remains optimistic about its reception and hopes for a gradual uptick in earnings. However, with mixed reviews and stiff competition, the road ahead may present further challenges for the action-packed thriller.
