Mumbai, India – Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” continues its theatrical run, inching closer to the coveted ₹50 crore milestone in India. Directed by debutant filmmakers Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film, which released on February 9, has garnered mixed reviews but has managed to maintain steady box office earnings.
According to reports from Sacnilk.com, the film has amassed a total of ₹47 crore in India, with the week one collection standing at ₹44.35 crore. On its eighth day in theaters, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” is estimated to have earned around ₹2.65 crore nett, contributing to its overall box office success.
The film, a unique blend of romance and science fiction, features Shahid Kapoor portraying the role of a robot scientist who develops emotions and eventually marries Kriti Sanon’s character, Sifra, a highly intelligent female robot. The stellar cast also includes veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia, adding depth to the narrative.
