Priyanka Chopra’s Old Clip on Fame and Family Goes Viral Amid Ranveer Allahbadia Controversy

Priyanka Chopra’s Old Video Resurfaces Amid Ranveer Allahbadia Controversy, Fans Applaud Her Take on Fame and Family

Ranveer Allahbadia is making headlines for all the wrong reasons after a controversy erupted surrounding the India’s Got Latent show. Amid the backlash, an old video of Priyanka Chopra schooling the podcaster on fame and family has resurfaced on social media, garnering widespread attention.

Priyanka’s Take on Family and Fame

In the resurfaced clip from a past podcast interview, Priyanka Chopra is seen discussing personal values and the importance of family with Ranveer Allahbadia. During their conversation, Ranveer asked Priyanka, “Do you still go for family functions and all that? Can you? Because of the fame angle?” The question left Priyanka puzzled, prompting her to seek clarification.

Ranveer elaborated, stating that he could not imagine someone at her level of fame attending such events. Priyanka was quick to shut down the notion, responding, “So? Are you saying I’m not going to dance at the baraat of my brother’s wedding?”

When Ranveer hesitantly replied “maybe,” Priyanka firmly asserted, “Maybe nahi bhai. Of course. My cousins, my brothers… Family is most important to me. My fame is a by-product of my job; it doesn’t define me. My fame is not my job. It’s very clear to me. I’m not famous for a living, I work for a living, and fame comes with it. That’s something I can’t control. It’s thrust upon me.”

The clip is now gaining traction online, with fans praising Priyanka for her clarity and grounded perspective on stardom.

Ranveer Allahbadia’s Controversy

The resurfaced video comes at a time when Ranveer Allahbadia is under fire for his involvement in India’s Got Latent. His recent comments on the show, along with remarks made by comedian Samay Raina and others, have sparked outrage on social media. The backlash was so intense that legal action was reportedly taken against the show’s judges.

On February 12, Samay Raina publicly addressed the controversy, revealing that he had deleted all videos from the show. He also expressed his struggles in handling the situation, stating that it had become overwhelming.
