Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, has been at the center of controversy following his inappropriate remarks on India’s Got Latent. Now, breakup rumors with his alleged girlfriend, Nikki Sharma, have intensified after she shared a cryptic post about rejecting negative energy. Reports also suggest that the two briefly unfollowed each other on Instagram, fueling further speculation about their relationship status.
Breakup Rumors Intensify
According to Bollywood Shaadis, Ranveer and Nikki unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking rumors of a split. Screenshots of them allegedly removing each other from their followers’ list quickly went viral. However, recent reports suggest that they have followed each other back, leaving fans puzzled about their relationship status.
Adding to the speculation, Nikki shared a cryptic Instagram story, which read:
“Your body doesn’t just reject food; it also rejects energy. If your body starts rejecting certain places, people, or things, trust it and listen.”
This post surfaced amid the backlash against Ranveer over his controversial remarks on India’s Got Latent, which led to public outrage and official complaints.
Near-Death Experience in Goa
These breakup rumors emerged months after Ranveer revealed a terrifying near-death experience he shared with Nikki. During a vacation in Goa, the couple reportedly faced a life-threatening incident while swimming. Ranveer later assured fans that they were safe, writing:
“We’re perfectly fine and well now. But yesterday at 6:00 pm or so, my girlfriend and I had to be rescued from a bit of a situation.”
The India’s Got Latent Controversy
Ranveer Allahbadia’s troubles began after a controversial remark he made during his appearance on Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent. In one of the segments, he asked a contestant:
“Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day or join them to finish it once and for all?”
The clip quickly went viral, sparking massive outrage online. Several users condemned the remark, with one post questioning whether the Disruptor of the Year award, which he received from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, should be revoked.
Celebrities including B Praak, Imtiaz Ali, Mukesh Khanna, and Mika Singh also criticized Ranveer and Samay Raina for their offensive content. The All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) released an official statement calling for strict action and demanding a ban on the show to curb the spread of “damaging content.”
Government Action and YouTube Removal
The controversy escalated further when a complaint was filed against Ranveer, Samay Raina, and other panelists, including Apoorva Makhija (The Rebel Kid), Ashish Chanchlani, and Jaspreet Singh, for allegedly using “abusive language” and “promoting obscenity.”
Following government intervention, YouTube removed the controversial episode. Kanchan Gupta, Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, confirmed the takedown, stating on X:
“The India Has Latent episode on @YouTube with obscene and perverse comments by Ranveer Allahbadia has been blocked following Government of India orders.”
Despite issuing a public apology, Ranveer Allahbadia continues to face backlash, with many demanding stricter regulations on digital content to prevent the spread of inappropriate material.
