Bollywood and regional cinema star Fahadh Faasil, known for his versatile performances, recently showered praise on fellow actors Ranbir Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Vicky Kaushal during an interview with Film Companion. Fahadh, who is currently in the spotlight for his role in the upcoming film “Pushpa: The Rule,” expressed admiration for Kapoor’s acting prowess, labeling him as the “Best actor in the country.”
In the interview, Fahadh highlighted his admiration for his peers in the industry, stating, “I don’t think people expect magic from me, from Pushpa. It’s a pure collaboration, love for Suku [Sukumar] Sir. My stuff is here. Very clearly.” He also praised Vicky Kaushal as the “find of the decade” and hailed Rajkummar Rao as one of India’s finest actors.
Regarding his own status as a pan-India star, Fahadh humbly stated, “No, I am just an actor. I have nothing to do with pan-India. I just do my stuff. And I do what I believe and the idea is never films do business.” He emphasized his focus on delivering impactful performances rather than commercial success.
Meanwhile, Fahadh’s upcoming film “Pushpa: The Rule” has been generating buzz, especially with the recent release of his first look poster as the antagonist. The poster, featuring Fahadh Faasil in a striking red theme, was unveiled on his 41st birthday, showcasing his character Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in a fierce avatar.
