Regarding her earlier initiative of the hill clean-up drive, Akanksha clarifies that this has been a long-standing hobby rather than a recent activity. Her primary responsibility is to fulfill their diverse needs—be it financial assistance, medical help, providing essentials like blood, food, clothing, or education, and ensuring they receive the help they require.
