Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon embarks on a soul-stirring spiritual journey in Uttarakhand, accompanied by her daughter Rasha Thadani. The mother-daughter duo recently illuminated the Parmarth Niketan Ghat in Rishikesh with their presence, engaging in the sacred ritual of Ganga aarti.
A video shared by news agency ANI captured the essence of the serene evening at Parmarth Niketan Ghat. Raveena Tandon, adorned in a vibrant red ethnic ensemble, led the aarti, while her daughter Rasha Thadani, elegantly dressed in a pink jacket and black attire, joined in the divine experience.
The duo’s spiritual expedition extends beyond Rishikesh, as they previously offered prayers at the revered Kedarnath Temple. Raveena actively participated in the Rudrabhishek puja, showcasing her deep reverence for the sacred surroundings.
Raveena Tandon, who celebrated her birthday on October 26, chose Uttarakhand for a tranquil getaway. The veteran actress found herself amidst the warm embrace of admirers and pilgrims at the Kedarnath Temple, appreciating the arrangements made by the Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee.
Despite an initial plan to depart for Mumbai following the Vedapath puja of Lord Badrivishal, Raveena’s visit to the Badrinath temple was reportedly altered. The actress continues to share glimpses of her spiritual sojourn, offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the industry.
Looking ahead, Raveena Tandon is set to grace the screen in the upcoming romantic-comedy “Ghudchadi” alongside Sanjay Dutt, Parth Samthan, and Khushali Kumar. Additionally, she is part of “Welcome to the Jungle,” marking her onscreen reunion with Akshay Kumar, and has a role in “Patna Shukla.”
Meanwhile, daughter Rasha Thadani is poised to make her Bollywood debut alongside Aaman Devgan in an untitled film helmed by filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor. The film, backed by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, is slated for release on February 9, 2024.
