Alia Bhatt, currently busy promoting her upcoming film Jigra, revealed a heartwarming moment about her daughter, Raha Kapoor. During a press meet on Monday in Delhi, the actor was asked if she had decided which of her films she would first introduce to her daughter. Alia, acknowledging the importance of the decision, shared that while she hasn’t fully decided on a specific film, Raha has already seen a few of her songs.
Alia’s response on Raha’s first song
Alia fondly shared, “I was just discussing this the other day with somebody, and I am not really sure. It is a very important decision to make. But just yesterday, she saw my first song that I ever shot, Radha [from Student of the Year]!”
The actor also mentioned that her daughter, who is nearing two years old, has started watching songs from her filmography. “Actually, the first song she saw was Kesariya [from Brahmastra], and then yesterday she saw Radha Teri Chunari and Badtameez Dil [Ranbir Kapoor’s song from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani] at the same time. She must be thinking this must be normal,” Alia added with a smile.

On the work front, Alia’s latest film Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala and co-starring Vedang Raina, is set to release in theatres on October 11. In the film, Alia and Vedang play siblings, and the movie has already generated significant buzz ahead of its release. Alia is also set to star in Alpha, where she plays a super agent alongside Sharvari, directed by Shiv Rawail. Additionally, she will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-anticipated film Love & War, co-starring her husband Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
