Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn has recently leased a commercial office space in Mumbai’s bustling Andheri area, marking a significant real estate transaction. The actor secured a lease agreement for the property at a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakh, according to details reviewed by a real estate portal.
The lease, formalized this month, includes a stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh. The office is located in Signature Tower, a prominent development by Lotus Developers situated along Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara, Mumbai’s western suburbs. The location is well-connected, offering easy access to major highways, a Metro station, and the international airport, making it a prime spot for businesses seeking convenience and connectivity.
The leased office spans 3,455 sq ft and comes with three car parking spaces. The agreement includes a substantial Rs 30 lakh deposit and is set for a 60-month term. This office space adds to Devgn’s growing real estate portfolio, which already includes several properties in the same project.
