'Tiger 3' Roars at the Box Office, Crosses ₹447 Crore Mark Worldwide in 15 Days

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s action-packed venture, ‘Tiger 3,’ continues its dominant run at the global box office, amassing a whopping ₹447 crore within 15 days of its release. The third installment of the famed ‘Tiger’ franchise is steadily approaching the coveted ₹500 crore milestone, showcasing its immense popularity among audiences worldwide.

Directed by Maneesh Sharma, ‘Tiger 3’ premiered in theaters on November 12, captivating audiences with its high-octane action sequences and compelling narrative. The official account of Yash Raj Films (YRF) took to social media, sharing the film’s impressive global earnings.

In a tweet accompanied by a striking poster, YRF proudly announced, “The highest-grossing Diwali release in the history of Indian cinema (Indian languages). ₹447 crore ($53.86m) worldwide gross. India ₹331 crore GBOC (₹272.43 cr NBOC). Overseas ₹116 cr GBOC ($14.02m).”

Encouraging audiences to experience the adrenaline-pumping action on the big screen, YRF reiterated the film’s availability in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages across cinemas.

As per reports from Sacnilk.com, ‘Tiger 3’ has amassed a nett collection of ₹272.13 crore in India, reaffirming its overwhelming success domestically.

‘Tiger 3’ stands as the third installment of the celebrated ‘Tiger’ franchise, firmly rooted in the YRF Spy Universe, which includes blockbusters like ‘War’ and the upcoming ‘Pathaan.’ The film boasts a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credit scene featuring Hrithik Roshan, adding to the excitement for fans.

Following the thrilling narrative of RAW agent Tiger (Salman Khan) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif), ‘Tiger 3’ promises gripping espionage and action, maintaining the essence of its predecessors – ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai.’

Directed by Kabir Khan in 2012, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ initiated the franchise, while ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ directed by Ali Abbas Zafar captivated audiences in 2017.

Reflecting on Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo in ‘Tiger 3’ and their camaraderie, Salman Khan shared insights with news agency PTI, expressing gratitude for the immense fan support that their collaboration generates.
