Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia shares her perspective on love and relationships, emphasizing the importance of unconditional love, as speculation about her breakup with Vijay Varma continues.
Tamannaah on Love and Expectations
Amid ongoing rumours of her split with actor Vijay Varma, Tamannaah Bhatia recently spoke about her views on love and relationships on Luke Coutinho’s podcast. While neither Tamannaah nor Vijay have addressed the speculation, her remarks have sparked interest among fans.
Tamannaah believes that love should always be unconditional and not bound by expectations. “I think people confuse what love is and what a relationship is. The moment it is conditional, it ceases to be love. Love can only be unconditional; it can only be ek tarfah (one-sided). Love is an inside job, it’s how you feel for someone. The moment you have expectations, it becomes a business transaction,” she explained.
She also stressed the importance of allowing people to be themselves in a relationship. “If I have to love someone, I need to let them be free, to be who they are,” she added.
Preferring Companionship Over Solitude
Tamannaah revealed that she finds more happiness in being in a relationship rather than being single. However, she emphasized the importance of choosing the right person to share one’s personal space with.
“I feel like I’ve always been much happier when I’m in a relationship versus when I’m not. I love the feeling of companionship; it’s a wonderful feeling. But it matters who you let into that equation because they gain some access and power to influence your life. You need to choose wisely, and that can be done when you’re aware of yourself,” she stated.
Breakup Rumours with Vijay Varma
Reports of Tamannaah and Vijay Varma’s alleged breakup surfaced recently. According to Pinkvilla, the couple mutually decided to part ways but remain on good terms. A source quoted in the report stated, “Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma parted ways weeks ago as a couple, but they plan to remain good friends. Both have been working hard in their respective schedules.”
Tamannaah and Vijay first sparked dating rumours when they were seen celebrating New Year together in Goa in 2023. Their relationship became public after their appearance together in Lust Stories 2.
