Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger 3 continues to dominate the box office, culminating its second week with a resounding ₹6 crore collection on its fourteenth day, propelling its total domestic earnings to an impressive ₹264.67 crore.
The spy thriller, touted as one of the year’s most anticipated films, witnessed a substantial leap on its second Saturday, registering a staggering 100% increase in collections across Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Following a Friday collection of ₹3.8 crore, Tiger 3 surged ahead with a remarkable box office surge, reaching a cumulative total that positions it among the top earners of the year.
With its continued momentum, the film is projected to maintain its strong performance on its fifteenth day, marking a triumphant third Sunday at the box office.
Globally, Tiger 3 crossed the coveted ₹400 crore milestone earlier this week, currently amassing a staggering ₹427 crore worldwide, cementing its position as a blockbuster success.
Expressing his gratitude for the overwhelming response, Salman Khan remarked to ANI, “Despite the distraction of Diwali and the ongoing World Cup, the numbers we’ve received are wonderful. We’re grateful and thrilled about it.”
Part of the esteemed YRF Spy Universe alongside hits like War and Pathaan, Tiger 3 features special appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credit scene featuring Hrithik Roshan. Continuing the legacy of the franchise, the movie centers on a new mission involving RAW agent Tiger (Salman) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif).
