The excitement around Housefull 5 just got bigger with the release of the teaser for the song ‘Qayamat’. Sung by Neeraj Shridhar and Shruti Dhasmana, the teaser offers a vibrant invitation to a pool party that is anything but ordinary.
The teaser opens with the star-studded cast dancing and having a blast on a cruise, set against the stunning backdrop of the blue sky and the sea. The men don crisp white outfits while the women shine in silver glittery dresses, creating a glamorous party vibe. However, the festive mood takes a dark twist when the teaser hints at a murder lurking behind the fun.
Sharing the teaser on social media, Akshay Kumar wrote, “The ultimate pool party is sailing towards you! This cruise isn’t calm, it’s Qayamat!”
The fifth installment in the popular comedy franchise boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Chitrangda Singh, Dino Morea, Chunky Panday, Johnny Lever, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Nikitin Dheer, Soundarya Sharma, Ranjeet, and Sanjay Dutt.
Housefull 5 is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The franchise, which began in 2010, has entertained audiences with its mix of slapstick comedy and chaos, with each film bringing fresh stories and a new star cast.
Notably, Akshay Kumar sustained an injury during the filming of an action sequence for this film in December last year, but the actor has since resumed shooting.
