Gurucharan Singh, known for his role as Roshan Singh Sodhi in the popular Indian sitcom “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” has been reported missing for five days, prompting the Delhi police to register a kidnapping case based on a complaint filed by his father.
According to reports, Singh’s father stated in the complaint that his son was supposed to travel from Delhi to Mumbai on Monday but never arrived at his destination. Singh’s phone has been unreachable since then, raising concerns about his well-being.
“We had been searching for him, but now we are filing a missing complaint,” said Singh’s father, emphasizing that his son is mentally stable.
CCTV footage from the Palam area captured the 50-year-old actor crossing a road on Monday night. Despite his flight being scheduled for 8:30 pm, Singh was spotted at a traffic intersection in Palam around 9:14 pm, as confirmed by officials.
The Delhi police are actively investigating the case, analyzing the CCTV footage for clues. The sudden disappearance of Gurucharan Singh has sparked concern among fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry, with hopes for his safe return.
