Actor Alisha Parveen, known for her role as Rupali Ganguly’s on-screen daughter in the popular television show “Anupamaa,” has confirmed her unexpected departure, adding to the string of recent exits from the show.
Alisha Parveen, who played Raahi/Aadhya in the acclaimed series, announced her exit via Instagram stories, expressing shock and confusion about the decision. “Hello everyone, I didn’t quit the show Anupamaa, but I don’t know the reason exactly why this happened. Everything was good, but I don’t know why this suddenly happened. It was shocking for me too,” she wrote.
In a heartfelt message to her fans, she added, “Thank you so much for loving Raahi/Aadhya. I worked so hard for the character, but I don’t know what just happened. I will miss this show from the depth of my heart.”
Speaking to ETimes, Alisha shared that she was informed about her exit only a day before during a meeting. She revealed that she was left clueless about the reasons behind the sudden decision.
