Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, along with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan and mother Brindya Rai, visited the GSB Ganapati Pandal in Mumbai to offer prayers on Monday evening. The trio was seen walking through the crowded streets with heavy security, seeking blessings from Lord Ganesha during the Ganpati festival.
A Spiritual Visit to GSB Pandal
Dressed in a pink salwar with her hair left untied, Aishwarya was spotted guiding her mother as they navigated through the bustling pandal area. Aaradhya, holding both her mother’s and grandmother’s hands, accompanied them closely. Despite the presence of security personnel, the area was densely packed with fans eager to catch a glimpse of the Bollywood star.
Aishwarya was also seen speaking to a priest from the pandal, ensuring her mother could proceed safely through the crowd. After offering their prayers, the family was seen heading back to their car, exiting the venue amidst tight security.
A Glimpse of Aishwarya’s Personal Life
Aishwarya Rai, who tied the knot with actor Abhishek Bachchan in 2007, is known for maintaining a relatively private life. The couple welcomed their daughter Aaradhya in 2011, and they have typically kept their family moments out of the spotlight. However, their personal life recently became a topic of public interest after Aishwarya and Abhishek arrived separately at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s high-profile wedding in July. While Abhishek arrived with the Bachchan family, including Amitabh, Jaya, Shweta, Navya Naveli, and Agastya Nanda, Aishwarya and Aaradhya made a separate entrance.
Aishwarya’s Latest Work
On the professional front, Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan 2, directed by Mani Ratnam. The film, which is the sequel to Ponniyin Selvan: I (2022), saw Aishwarya in dual roles, portraying Nandini and Mandakini Devi. Her performance in the period drama was widely appreciated, further cementing her place as one of Bollywood’s most versatile actresses.
