Aditya Roy Kapur Vacates Mumbai Home After Unidentified Woman Trespasses; Police File FIR

Aditya Roy Kapur Leaves Mumbai Home After Uninvited Woman Enters with False Claims, FIR Registered

In a startling incident, Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur was forced to leave his Mumbai residence after an unknown woman entered his home under false pretenses and refused to leave. The incident occurred on Monday evening at Rizvi Complex in Bandra West, where the actor currently resides.

According to a report by the Free Press Journal, the woman — identified as 47-year-old Gazala Jhakaria Siddique, a resident of Dubai — arrived at Aditya’s residence while he was away for a shoot. Claiming to have brought clothes and gifts for the actor, she managed to convince the house help, Sangita Pawar, to let her in.

However, upon Aditya’s return, he was unable to recognize the woman. When she attempted to approach him, the actor promptly exited the house and informed society manager Jayashree Dunkdu. The matter was escalated to Aditya’s manager, Shruti Rao, who immediately contacted the Khar police.

Despite being repeatedly asked to leave by Sangita, the woman insisted on staying inside the actor’s home. Police arrived at the scene and questioned Gazala about her motives and how she gained access, but she reportedly avoided giving direct answers.

A formal complaint was lodged by Sangita Pawar, and an FIR was registered against Gazala under Section 331(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita — a provision dealing with unlawful house trespass or house-breaking with possible criminal intent.

The case is currently under investigation, and police are working to determine whether Gazala’s actions were premeditated or if there is a larger issue involved.

Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur has resumed work and is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Metro In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu. The ensemble cast includes Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Neena Gupta, and Saswata Chatterjee. The film is slated to hit theatres on July 4, 2025, and promises to explore the themes of modern love and relationships.
